What Channelling You is

Channelling You is a holistic and life-coaching reading service. You cast what you're carrying — a thought, a feeling, a struggle, a dream — into the Violet Flame, and it returns to you as a private reading channelled just for you. If you choose to, that reading can then be turned into an original piece of artwork.

It is an artistic expression of a person — their persona, emotions and feelings. For some it's a way of working through something held inside; for others it's simply a way of expressing a feeling and seeing it made beautiful. A gentle self-help service, first and foremost for you.

Your own words are never published. A reading is for reflection and creative expression — it is not medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or the Samaritans on 116 123.

Crystals, casts and loyalty

Crystals — casts are paid for with crystals: 3 for £5, 5 for £7, or 7 for £9. Dream-Casts use their own dream crystals at £3 each, for casting dreams and nightmares into the flame. You receive one code by email holding your balance. Crystals never expire, and are non-refundable once a cast has been sent into the flame.

Kept safe, and rewarded — your code is remembered on your device, so you rarely need to type it. Loyalty crystals land straight on the same code: every 10 crystals you buy earns a free one, and every 5 dream crystals earns a free dream crystal. Buying artwork earns crystals too. Everything is held against your email, so on a new device you just enter your code once — but if you lose the email, you lose the crystals.

What returns — one crystal returns a written reading with narration. Three crystals also return your channelled artwork, its own music, and the option to list your piece as a canvas. Five crystals add the Deluxe 60×80cm size. If you list your piece, a 20% thank-you code is emailed to you — one use, on your own piece, valid for 60 days, yours to use or to gift.

How long things stay — your reading and narration stay here for 30 days, then are deleted; download the PDF to keep it. A listed piece stays up for 90 days, with a reminder on day 75. Buy your canvas and the piece stays permanently. You can download your own high-resolution artwork while your piece is live.

The artwork, orders and delivery

Pieces are listed as Premium 30×30cm (£50) and 50×50cm (£80) on high-quality recycled Eco canvas, Deluxe 60×80cm gallery-grade statement canvases, and Special formats such as 60×60cm framed fine-art prints. Nothing is printed until you order it.

Canvases are produced, packed and shipped by an independent print partner, usually arriving within 5–7 days. Free UK delivery; we also ship to selected EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with couriers, customs, or busy periods.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering. After that we don't offer refunds once an order has been processed — but if anything is wrong with your order, use the contact form with your order number and I'll put it right. Digital items — crystals, casts, readings and audio — are non-refundable once delivered.

Listed a piece? You're also invited to the affiliate programme, so you can earn commission each time your piece sells.

Privacy

We only collect the information needed to process orders and Violet Flame submissions — things like your email, order number, and the story you choose to cast. Your story is stored securely, is only used to create your artwork, and is never published. We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Order payments are handled by Shopify and their payment providers. For any questions about how your data is used, use the contact form.

How discount codes work

• 20% Violet Flame thank you — when you choose to list your piece as a canvas, a 20% code is emailed to you. It works once, on your own piece only, valid for 60 days — yours to use or to gift. Reading-only casts don't include a code.
• 10% reflection reward — sent around 5 days after your canvas is dispatched, when you leave a verified reflection.
• Only one discount code can be used per order, so any unused code stays valid for a future purchase.

About the artist

Channelling You is run by Ben Albiston. Ben first found his way to Reiki in 2010 — almost by accident, but clearly by instinct. What began as curiosity quickly became a calling: he trained, practiced, and felt the pull to share Reiki first with himself, then with the people closest to him.

That practice grew into Channel You, a small Reiki healing business built on trust and word of mouth. For years he gave sessions to close friends and family, watching people settle, soften, and find their balance again. He still loves the warmth of an in-person session — hands on, energy moving, presence shared — but he wanted the healing to travel further.

Reiki is not confined to a treatment room. Rei is universal spirit; Ki is the life-force energy that moves through every one of us. Ben believes anyone should be able to connect with that energy, no matter where they are or what they are carrying. That belief is what became Channelling You.

This site is Ben, digitised: a healer ready to meet you wherever you are. Using digital tools, he holds the same intentional space — the same listening, the same channelled energy — and turns it into art, sound, and the Violet Flame. Every piece you see here carries that purpose: to help you release what weighs on you, reconnect with your own energy, and bring something meaningful into your space.
